As part of my commitment to providing wholistic financial coaching for women, I have recently become a certified Energy Clearing Therapist. This new certification allows me to offer a powerful new service that compliments my 25 years of financial advising and coaching experience.
I have always been passionate about holistic approaches to financial well-being. Our money is deeply intertwined with our emotional, mental, and spiritual states. By addressing the underlying energy imbalances, we can create a solid foundation for financial success. I work with clients on practical money management, mindset and energy.
What is Clear Energy Therapy®?
Clear Energy Therapy works on the entire energy system, clearing patterns and imbalances from the energy field, chakras, meridians and the subconscious. In contrast, other modalities release a pattern from one area, for example, EFT (tapping) works only in the meridians and often provides a temporary solution as the problem remains in other areas of the system, eventually resurfacing in your body (and your bank balance).
Faster Results for Financial Freedom
Clear Energy Therapy can accelerate the process of overcoming money blocks. By aligning your inner energy with a proactive money management framework, individuals can experience faster and more sustainable results.
Emotions are vibrational energy in nature and can sometimes be the source of imbalance in your system, and the reason why your body is experiencing stress.
By uncovering, exploring and processing our sometimes ‘hidden’ emotions and fears, we can seek to rebalance our problem areas and self-sabotaging financial patterns.
Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
Albert Einstein
Einstein believed that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made up of energy. He theorised that illness and disease are caused by disruptions in the energy patterns within the body. Therefore, restoring balance to these energy patterns could potentially heal the body.
My approach
I integrate my 20+ years of experience in financial planning with insights from behavioural economics, psychology, and mindfulness to help clients identify the root causes of their financial challenges and support them to create healthier relationships with money. With this foundation, I provide financial education, practical tools, and strategies, translating complex financial jargon into simple, actionable information and steps.
By merging our inner money dynamics with practical financial planning strategies, I create a holistic approach to growing your wealth. It’s not just about earning and saving money; it’s about cultivating a mindset and energy that instils abundance and financial security.
What happens in a session?
We will explore your current financial or emotional issues you may be experiencing. I will then tailor a series of energy edits to clear, ranging from your fears, thoughts and emotions. You will focus on the stress you want to release, whilst placing your hands on specific location on your body.
Your focus amplifies the unwanted pattern, and the hand position allows it to release.
All sessions are provided online via Zoom, in the comfort of your own space.
How will I feel afterwards?
You may feel some physical, emotional, or mental changes the following few days after your session, this is normal – your body is processing an energetic shift.
Drink plenty of water, rest if needed and be kind to yourself during this time.
How many sessions do I need?
Three x 60 min sessions are recommended to achieve optimal results. The total cost (think of it as an investment) of 3 x 60 min sessions + email follow ups is $900+gst.
Follow up sessions can be booked, if required in the future.
About Karen
I have over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 16 years as a Financial Adviser. Recognising the limitations of traditional financial advice in addressing psychological and emotional facets of money management, I established a Money Coaching practice.
I am a licensed financial adviser, however I choose to operate as a money coach to support women on their journey towards a greater sense of financial security, freedom and confidence.
Regular financial commentator appearing regularly on radio, podcasts and news media Australia wide.
On a personal note, as a single parent for the past 10 years I’ve raised and financially supported two boys, two cats and a turtle. In my spare time I enjoy reading, drinking tea (or champagne), being at the beach and exercising (although don’t really enjoy that until I’ve finished doing it).

Warmest,

Many of our most important money habits aren’t learned in school—they’re shaped at home, often through the quiet influence of parents, especially mothers. Through everyday conversations, behaviours, and life experiences, children develop their understanding of money early on, including how to spend, save, and make financial decisions. This article highlights essential lessons such as spending less than you earn, saving consistently, understanding needs versus wants, and making calm, thoughtful decisions. More importantly, it emphasizes that money is a tool—not a measure of self-worth—and that teaching these habits isn’t about perfection, but about consistency, awareness, and leading by example to build confidence, responsibility, and long-term financial independence.
